Initial Assessment- $40
This session starts the process of training towards your goals. During this 1-on-1 session we will discuss important factors including a brief medical history, goals of training, and how we will train at Conrad Strength and Speed. This appointment will also include a strength and flexibility assessment to help determine any areas of imbalance in the body. This session typically will take about one hour.
Training Blocks
Training at Conrad Strength and Speed runs on a block of sessions. Each block is intended to be used within a five-week timeline, but has a lifespan that lasts six weeks to best fit your schedule. Sessions not used within the six-week time frame will expire
- 10 Training Session Block: $200/Block
- Training 2x/week
- 15 Training Session Block: $270/Block
- Training 3x/week
- 20 Training Session Block: $320/Block
- Training 4x/week
Each training session is typically about one hour in duration. Sessions are scheduled by appointment with each timeslot containing a maximum of four clients. When multiple clients are training at the same time, each client will follow their assigned workout as each client has unique fitness goals and needs.
Team or Group Training
Team or group training is also an option to take place at Conrad Strength and Speed or at your team’s facility. This training can be designed to improve speed, fitness, strength and power as desired. Pricing will be determined based on the number of sessions and number of athletes participating.
Self-Training Program
Another option for those who would like to workout at their home gym or elsewhere but still have guidance is our Self-Training Program. These programs include workouts written by Brian specifically for your goals and equipment available with an initial meeting to go over the movements and plan then follow-ups as needed over the four-week period. This is a great option for those who may live further away from Conrad Strength and Speed but still want a professional, customized training program!
