Training client Randy H. wrapped up his first powerlifting meet at Revolution Powerlifting Syndicate’s Powerpalooza 21 in York, PA on April 6, 2019. Competing in squat, bench press, and deadlift, Randy had 3 attempts at each event to lift as much weight as he could.

- 325 lbs. – Success – 20 lbs. Personal Record!!
Overall on the day, Randy completed 8 of his 9 lift attempts with the lone miss coming on his final bench press attempt. He achieved personal records in all three events leading him to take first place in his division (Full Power, Raw Classic, Male, 60-64 y.o.) Full Power meaning that he competed in all three events as a group and Raw Classic meaning the only equipment he used was a lifting belt.
Randy set goals for himself back in December and stuck to them! He pushed through his chronic arthritis pain in his back and through proper programming and stretching he was feeling good before, during, and after his competition.
