How’s your training going? Are you able to stick with a consistent routine? Has this routine been the same for too long? Do you get to the gym unsure of what you’re going to do that day?
Self-Guided Training Programs offer the opportunity for you to follow a professionally written program designed for your goals and workout when it fits your schedule. First we will discuss your goals for training, what you’ve done in the past, and any past or current injuries that affect your movement. Then I’ll design a program designed to guide you in reaching these goals. The program will be customized for you to train using whatever equipment is available to you. No matter if you have a home gym with a lot of equipment, no equipment whatsoever, or access to a commercial or school weight room this program will fit what’s available.
Each program is written for one month of training (four weeks). At the end of four weeks we will discuss how it went and how we will move forward to the next phase of training. Your progress will be noticeable week to week as you push towards your end goal!
